Wisconsin Precision Casting and the investment casting process simplifies the tooling and production of your complex metal components.
The high cost of tooling that is associated with tradtional manufacturing processes such as die castings, forgings, fabrications, and machining is drastically reduced as a direct result of our manufacturing methods. This is in addition to the intrinsic advantages of greater design freedom and alloy selection provided by the lost wax investment casting process.
Complex geometries and shapes can now be produced with low cost automated, semi-automatic and manual tooling. If the geometry is too complex soluable wax tooling, ceramic cores, two piece waxes or loose piece tooling can be utilized to produce creative inexpensive solutions.
No other process offers you greater desgin freedom and alloy selection than the investment casting process.
