The Wisconsin
Precision Advantage is its people and its strong commitment to service,
quality, and innovation. Our commitment begins with using the best
available equipment, materials, people, processes, and technology
to manufacture your investment casting components. Our goal is to
produce on time, cost effective, precision investment cast parts
that offer you greater opportunities to improve your product design,
your cost, and part performance.
Utilizing
the investment casting process, Wisconsin Precision casts a full
range of shapes and configurations, from simple to complex shapes.
We have the capability to cast configurations once unachievable by
conventional manufacturing methods such as machining and fabrication.
Configurations that may require close tolerances, contours, or intricate
cores. Our investment casting process produces components to tight
tolerances ( + or - .005 inch per inch) with typical as cast surfaces
of 125 micro inches and in a wide variety of sizes. Over 150 different
alloys are poured such as nickel base, cobalt base, brass, bronze,
aluminum, stainless steel, low alloy, tool steels, non galling alloys
and PPT hardening stainless steels. Our very board alloy selection
helps you to select the alloy that is best suited for your application
and will enhance your part performance.
Wisconsin
Precision was founded in 1964 by Leo Klemowits, Gus Shomos, and Paul
Jacobson. Over the years, we have grown from 3,800 square feet to
over 40,000 and we are still growing. Growing to meet your mechanical
component requirements. Wisconsin Precision is dedicated to supplying
